The CAMEPS warehouse, located in Ouenze Manzanza, was rehabilitated with the help of MBTP to bring it into line with international drug storage standards, thus meeting World Health Organization norms.
This new CAMEPS warehouse was inaugurated in Brazzaville on Tuesday December 26, 2023.
Gilbert MOKOKI, Minister of Health and Population, cut the symbolic ribbon in the presence of representatives of the WHO and UNDP in Congo, as well as the administrator-mayor of arrondissement 5, Ouenzé.
This new 3500 m3 warehouse was acquired with the support of the Global Fund and the UNDP. The new facility comes at just the right time to increase the storage capacity for health products, and boasts extensive logistical resources.
The building, which was completely refurbished over a 12-month period by MBTP, includes a warehouse, cold rooms, a laboratory and offices.
