MBTP recently welcomed Civil Engineering and QHSE students from the Ecole Africaine de Développement on an academic visit. A morning of immersion that allowed future industry professionals to discover, from the inside, the realities of a company fully committed to construction and development.

This meeting is part of MBTP’s corporate social responsibility approach, which is based on three convictions: supporting the training of future managers, sharing expertise forged in the field, and building solid bridges between the school and the company. Far from being a mere ceremonial visit, the initiative reflects the company’s desire to actively contribute to the development of the skills of African youth, who are called upon to shape the construction sites of tomorrow.

A highlight of the day was the question-and-answer session that closed the visit, giving students an opportunity for direct exchange with MBTP teams. It’s an opportunity to go beyond theory, to question business practices and take a concrete measure of what’s required in the field. At MBTP, corporate social responsibility is a day-to-day reality: through transmission, dialogue and support for the talents who will take on the sector’s major challenges in the future.
