This project is located in Djomehountin, in the 12th district of Cotonou, near the international airport of the city. It includes a luxury hotel with 21 rooms, a penthouse, a tea room, a Japanese restaurant, a steak-house and a swimming pool on the fourth floor.

It also offers three R+1 villas of 300 m2 each, 17 bungalows with swimming pool and a beach club offering various services: lobby lounge bar, boutique, kids club, gym, spa, hair salon and barber shop, restaurant, family pool, adult pool, rose lounge and night-club. Finally, it has a 1500 m2 party room.
