On a 48,000 m² site in Brazzaville, MBTP designed a large-scale multifunctional real estate complex combining retail spaces, offices, hotels, and social gathering areas. The project is centered around a vast retail podium topped by two iconic towers with curved lines, forming a contemporary architectural ensemble that blends harmoniously into its urban surroundings.
Special attention was paid to the aesthetics of the facades, sun protection, and adaptation to the tropical climate. The green terraces, shaded pedestrian walkways, landscaped areas, and relaxation zones were designed to offer an urban experience that combines comfort, accessibility, and modernity.
