This management initiative demonstrates MBTP’s commitment to gender equality and the promotion of women within the company. By celebrating International Women’s Rights Day, management is sending out a strong message about the importance of gender equality and inclusion.
The convivial luncheon provided an opportunity for exchange and discussion on women’s rights issues. Participants were able to share their experiences, ideas and thoughts on measures to promote equality within the company and society as a whole.
